1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vd99 ("vd99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the vd99 website at vd99.vip, creating an account, or making use of any product or service offered by vd99, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must not use any vd99 service. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, vd99 reserves the right to determine the correct interpretation, provided that such determination is made in good faith and is consistent with the overall intent of this document.

vd99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the vd99 website at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to real-money features on vd99 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. vd99 enforces a strict 18+ policy on all real-money gaming and betting activities without exception.
• You are accessing vd99 voluntarily and of your own free will, for the purpose of personal entertainment.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person when using the platform.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with vd99 or any other gambling platform.
• You have not previously had an account closed by vd99 for violations of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence or access.

vd99 takes underage gambling prevention seriously. All accounts are subject to identity verification before real-money play is enabled. Verification requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence). Accounts that cannot be verified or that belong to individuals found to be under 18 years of age will be closed without delay, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

To access real-money features on vd99, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. vd99 relies on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of account-related communications.

You must not provide false, misleading, or fabricated information at any stage of the registration or verification process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. vd99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available at no cost from your account security settings.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify vd99 support immediately. vd99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain appropriate security practices or has voluntarily shared their credentials.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on vd99 at any time. The existence of multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended, bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided, and a review will be conducted to determine whether deposits made across those accounts are returnable.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

vd99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on vd99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. vd99 does not impose deposit fees on any accepted payment method; however, your payment provider may apply independent transaction charges for which vd99 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your vd99 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. In the majority of cases, deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed and credited within 60 seconds. Where a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Cashier section of your vd99 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to successful identity verification.

vd99 processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions. Processing times for mobile banking withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically shorter than for card-based withdrawals. vd99 does not guarantee withdrawal processing times, as external factors including payment processor availability may affect delivery.

vd99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity. In such cases, the withdrawal request will be placed on hold until the review is completed.

4.3 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals on vd99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol: ৳). vd99 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion charges are not applied by vd99; however, if your payment provider converts currencies independently, any resulting exchange costs are your own responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

vd99 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion's detail page, which take precedence over these general bonus conditions in the event of any conflict.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be transferred to your withdrawable cash balance. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), game contribution percentages, and expiry period are all specified on each individual promotion's terms page.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

vd99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus-related conduct includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games; using automated systems to generate bonus play; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.

Where bonus abuse is identified, vd99 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the account, and where applicable, withhold the deposited funds pending investigation.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

vd99 regularly offers promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events and major sporting calendars, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), BPL season, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms. vd99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any seasonal promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that player entitlements already earned in good faith are not retroactively removed.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

vd99 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered players. To protect the integrity of the platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have prior knowledge of, or involvement in, any arrangement to fix the outcome of that event.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with vd99 games or betting markets.
• Software Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or malfunctions in vd99 software to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through known software errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods; disputing legitimate transactions via chargebacks; or engaging in any other financial fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using vd99 for any money laundering or financial crime purpose. vd99 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies and will report suspicious financial activity as required by applicable law.

vd99 uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, vd99 may suspend or permanently close the account, void all bets and winnings associated with the prohibited activity, retain funds where legally permitted to do so, and share information with relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by vd99

vd99 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player's account activity is consistent with fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behaviour.
• The player's account is subject to a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the vd99 platform or to other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, vd99 will make reasonable efforts to complete the review within fourteen (14) calendar days. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed promptly.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your vd99 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, vd99 will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds, provided that all wagering requirements have been met and no investigation is ongoing. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Players who close their accounts for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available directly in their account settings, which take effect immediately and do not require support team intervention.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vd99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the vd99 platform or any service offered on it. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claimed liability arises in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or any other legal theory.

vd99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous credit to a player's account, vd99 reserves the right to void the affected bet or transaction and correct the account balance accordingly. vd99 will not honour winnings that are the direct result of a software error, network fault, or data corruption event.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
